Trainings

I offer high-quality trainings crafted to meet the needs of your organization. I have provided training for school districts, colleges, summer camps, and other organizations. I will work with your leadership and staff to customize a workshop or series that best suits your needs.

Facilitation

Reaching consensus as a group can be challenging, especially when the running the group also needs to be a part of the decision making process. My training and experience as a facilitator and mediator can serve you as an objective party who will guide your group in finding the best solution, rather than just the first solution.

Some examples of past work:

• Facilitated a series of discussions between the Marlboro School Board and over 70 town residents about the future of their middle school.

• Facilitated a discussion between two non-profits Boards of Directors and staff leading to a merger of the two organizations.

Possible work could include:

• Reaching consensus around a major organizational challenge

• Re-crafting a Board’s mission and vision

• Mediating conflict among leadership members
