My Philosophies

That there is no one right way to educate people. There are different learning styles, cultural norms, personal and community values, and methods. The best educational system is one that tailors learning to the goals, style, and abilities of the learner.
That students will always learn best in an environment where they feel safe, supported, and respected.
That we should always teach HOW to think rather than WHAT to think

People want to feel like they matter, and people want to feel like they can make a difference. This is how to bring out the best in people.
The best organizations are build on great people rather than great systems. If you find the right people and create an environment where they can perform their best, everything else will come together.
A leader, with input from those around them, guides the vision of an organization. A manager clears away all of the organizational "mess" to allow workers to do their jobs to the best of their abilities.
The best teams are comprised of people with a variety of strengths, experiences, backgrounds, and skills but who share a common mission in which they all believe.
